India vs South Africa, 2nd ODI, Jan 15 2011: India registered their first ever victory against South Africa at Wanderers on Saturday when they beat the hosts in a nail biting encounter to level the five-match series 1-1. It took 19 years for the Indian team to win a match at the ground.

Munaf Patel bowled India to a narrow 1-run victory in the Second ODI at Johannesburg as South Africa got bowled out for 189 in 43 overs. The match went right till the wire despite South Africa sitting pretty thanks to a solid 77 from 98 balls (with 8 fours) from Skipper Graeme Smith.
